As every Emiré Lux order is handcrafted and prepared exclusively upon confirmed reservation, the following policies apply:

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

As each order is handcrafted and produced exclusively for the customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

If an order arrives damaged or if the customer receives an incorrect item, Emiré Lux will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced.

Once preparation of the handcrafted order has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Emiré Lux products are prepared exclusively upon confirmed reservation.

Delivery timelines will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Emiré Lux is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Should a delivery attempt fail due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply.
