Preparation, Delivery Fees & Availability
Every Golden Cookie box is prepared after confirmation. Preparation time and any delivery charge depend on the date, destination and current allocation; same-day or next-day delivery should be requested and confirmed rather than assumed. The team will communicate these details before the order is finalized.
For Eid, Ramadan, weddings, corporate programs and other peak dates, reserve as early as possible.
Recipient Details & Failed Attempts
Accurate delivery information is essential. If an attempt cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, an additional delivery charge may apply. The current public delivery promise covers the UAE. International destinations are not promised on this website and must be discussed privately before any order is confirmed.
