Emiré Lux does not publish a blanket same-day or next-day promise. Every product is prepared after confirmation, so lead time and any applicable delivery charge depend on the date, destination and current allocation. The team will communicate these details before the order is finalized.
For Eid, Ramadan, weddings, corporate programs and other peak dates, reserve as early as possible.
Recipient Details & Failed Attempts
Accurate delivery information is essential. If an attempt cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, an additional delivery charge may apply. Emiré Lux is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Is international delivery available?
The current public delivery promise covers the UAE. International destinations are not promised on this website and must be discussed privately before any order is confirmed.
